Phantom Pane Inc. was born from a gap we kept seeing in the market — buildings and business owners sitting on untapped value, whether it was storefront glass that could be working harder, or grant and rebate programs that were available but completely unclaimed.

LED Film Advertising is our primary identity. We bring transparent display technology to street-facing glass, giving businesses a tool that generates revenue and elevates their presence — without touching the building or disrupting operations.

Building Upgrade Strategy is the second arm. We help building owners identify and access the government grant and rebate programs that most never find on their own — and turn them into a coordinated plan that actually gets executed.

A former Division I athlete, he built his professional approach on the same principles that defined his athletic career — discipline, preparation, and trust earned over time. Known as a natural connector, Brennan brings energy and accountability to every relationship. He believes the best outcomes come from showing up consistently and building with people who share the same standards.

Known for his relationship-first approach, Cody believes lasting success is built on trust, transparency, and follow-through. At Phantom Pane, he leads client relationships and ensures every installation delivers what was promised.
